Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid LPN license in Minnesota
• Minimum of two years experience with pediatric patients or students
• Fluent in tracheostomy care and suctioning procedures
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Strong ability to provide consistent, compassionate care for students with significant medical or developmental needs
• Willingness to accompany the student on the school bus, supporting transportation needs as outlined in the students schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in alignment with a student-specific healthcare plan
• Monitor and manage trach care, including suctioning and emergency interventions
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of all care and observations
• Collaborate effectively with school health services, staff, and the students family
• Participate in ensuring a safe and supportive school environment
• Adapt to the evolving needs of the student, providing flexible, attentive support throughout the day
