Setting: High School (1:1 Assignment)

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Santa Clarita, California, to hire two LVNs for Extended School Year (ESY) services. This is a short-term, part-time opportunity providing 1:1 medical support for assigned high school students. Position Highlights:

• Dates:

  6/15/25 – 7/16/25

• Hours: 20 hours/week

• Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday (based on district calendar)

• Caseload: 1:1 support for a high school student

• Location: Onsite only

Requirements:

• Active LVN license in California

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred

• Must be comfortable providing 1:1 care in an academic setting

• Reliable, punctual, and collaborative
