Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan (submission requires screenshot/copy of licensure)
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings strongly preferred
• Proficient in planning and delivering both on-site and virtual OT services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse interdisciplinary teams
• Creative, adaptive, and engaging when addressing student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Implement interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Monitor progress, maintain timely records, and update educational teams and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Provide consultative guidance to teachers and support staff to support students functional skills
• Deliver high-quality services either in-person or through remote platforms (VOCO)
