School-Based Occupational Therapists (OTs) – 2025-2026 School Year

Location: Anchorage, AK
Position: Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)
Dates: July 14, 2025 – May 20, 2026
Caseload: 30-35 students per OT

We are urgently hiring four (4) Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the 2025-2026 school year in Anchorage, AK. This is a full-time, in-person role serving 2-4 school sites, with caseloads assigned based on candidate preferences for age and grade level.

Position Details:

• 3:1 service model – Three weeks of direct treatment followed by one week of indirect services
• Manage a caseload of approximately 30-35 students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to provide comprehensive services
• The district is open to considering candidate preferences for grade levels and student needs
• Interviews available ASAP!

Compensation:

Pay is based on contract market rates, experience, and education. As an Account Executive, I can negotiate pay for the right fit to ensure you receive a competitive offer.

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy licensure in Alaska (or willingness to obtain)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
