Desired Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist License is required
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience is highly preferred
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to fostering student independence and participation in school activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as determined by Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to support student access to curriculum and school participation
• Collaborate with instructional teams to integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities
• Maintain thorough and accurate records and progress notes
• Educate and support staff and families regarding therapeutic interventions and techniques
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning
