Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and qualified Occupational Therapist Maternity Leave for full-time roles with school districts in the Anoka, MN

Contract Term:10/20/2025-01/05/2026

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following state and local certification/licensure requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current Minnesota Occupational Therapist license issued by the Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners

• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)

• Completion of required clinical internships

• Fingerprint clearance and background check per Minnesota Department of Education requirements

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Assess students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ participation and performance in school activities

• Document services and progress; ensure compliance with state and district policies

• Participate in IEP meetings, re-evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
