Desired Qualifications:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist license for the state of Minnesota
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Complete assessments, develop intervention plans, and track progress to support achievement of student goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create optimal learning opportunities
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all student sessions, evaluations, and progress reports
• Promote adaptive techniques and tools to enhance student participation in school routines
• Contribute to the development of strategies that foster students functional independence
