Support students in Lackawanna County with a flexible schedule of 21 hours per week across 2-3 days, with potential to expand to a full-time schedule as the year progresses. Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania required
• Experience working in school-based or early childhood settings preferred
• Demonstrated ability to support younger childrens developmental and learning needs
• Ability to provide or obtain current Pennsylvania clearances
• Comfortable working onsite within educational environments in Lackawanna County
• Reliable and flexible; able to adjust to scheduling as hours grow
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to children in early childhood education programs
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to support students functional and academic success
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families for comprehensive support
• Document sessions, progress, and evaluations in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Maintain compliance with all required documentation and policies
