Hybrid Occupational Therapist – Bastrop, TX | 2025–2026 School Year

BlazerJobs is partnering with a supportive school district in Bastrop, TX to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This is a hybrid position offering both on-site and virtual flexibility while working with students across three elementary schools.

Position Overview:

• Location: Bastrop, TX

• Start Date: August 4, 2025

• End Date: May 22, 2026

• Schedule: Full-time – 37.5 hours/week

• Caseload: 3 elementary schools

• Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days virtual)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ motor skills and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver occupational therapy services in both in-person and virtual settings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers

• Support students’ participation in school activities through skill development

• Maintain documentation and contribute to IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Texas OT license

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Comfortable with hybrid service delivery model

• Strong communication and organizational skills
