About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist in this school-based position, you’ll be a key member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to fostering student success. You’ll provide both direct therapy and consultative services, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ needs within the educational setting

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to create and implement individualized therapy plans

• Deliver targeted therapy services to support student development

• Contribute to the creation and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Maryland

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt interventions to a wide range of student needs

• School-based experience is welcome but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
