Blazer Jobs is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the 2025–2026 school year in Bel Air, MD. Employment Options
Local W-2 (Blazer Jobs) – Full academic year (August–May) with weekly pay of $40–$51/hour based on experience. Includes full health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) with employer match, CEU reimbursement, and direct support from our school services team.
Travel W-2 – Flexible contract lengths (4–12 weeks or by semester) with weekly pay of $52–$60+/hour. Eligible candidates can earn $1,500–$1,700 weekly gross with tax-free stipends, plus housing, per diem, and travel reimbursement. We also provide licensure support for multi-state opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to K–12 students based on IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to ensure student progress

• Maintain compliance with Maryland state and district documentation standards

• Monitor and report student development

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

• Active Maryland OT license or eligibility to obtain

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
