School-Based Occupational Therapist

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with students in Bremerton, Washington. This position serves a range of grade levels in a supportive and well-structured school district environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with physical, sensory, or motor skill challenges

• Develop and implement individualized OT programs aligned with IEPs

• Support classroom adaptations and teacher collaboration

• Provide therapy documentation and communicate progress with families and staff

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Washington State OT License via the WA Department of Health

• National Board Certification (NBCOT)

• At least 1 year of experience in school-based or pediatric therapy
