School Occupational Therapist | Broomfield, Colorado

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong ability to effectively manage a caseload of students with diverse needs
• Demonstrated collaboration skills with educators, families, and other service providers
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 20 students, as outlined in their IEPs and aligned with school policies
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to individual student goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and therapy interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Educate and support families and school personnel regarding strategies and accommodations
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and school-specific regulations and best practices

This onsite, part-time position spans 1.5 days per week (16 hours total), running from mid-August to late May, giving you the flexibility to balance work with other commitments.
