Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Enumclaw, WA
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists for a full-time opportunity within school districts in the Enumclaw, WA area. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about enhancing student success through therapeutic support in educational settings.

Schedule: School-based hours
Contract: Current school year with renewal based on performance
Minimum Requirements: Applicants must meet all of the following qualifications to be considered:
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Possess an active Washington State Occupational Therapy license issued by the Washington State Department of Health
Maintain NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
Hold or be eligible for an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate from the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
Successfully complete all required state and local background checks and fingerprinting
Have prior professional experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
Applicants who do not meet all outlined requirements will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students’ functional abilities related to fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
Develop and implement therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group formats
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
