Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric, early intervention, or school-based OT preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, documentation, and compliance with school policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for infants and toddlers within the school program
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, service coordinators, and families to deliver cohesive support
• Participate in team meetings, IFSPs, and professional training as needed
• Maintain detailed records to ensure compliance and ongoing progress monitoring
