Blazer Works is seeking a dedicated and qualified K–12 Occupational Therapist for the current and 2025–2026 school year. This school-based position involves supporting students across all grade levels—from kindergarten through high school—providing services that promote independence, academic participation, and personal development.

This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with a diverse student population and is passionate about making a lasting impact throughout all stages of student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students' fine motor skills, sensory integration, executive functioning, self-care abilities, and school-related tasks.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to IEP goals and the specific needs of students at each grade level.

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services through developmentally appropriate interventions across K–12 settings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, special educators, counselors, and related service providers to support student success.

• Document progress, adjust treatment strategies, and actively participate in IEP meetings and family communication.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.

• Active or pending Occupational Therapy license in the appropriate state.

• Experience across multiple grade levels is preferred, though not required.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
