Blazer Jobs is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the new school year (NSY) in Chicago, IL. This position is located just 13 miles outside of Chicago, providing maternity leave coverage from August 13th through November 7th. The role serves an elementary caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and implement therapy services for elementary students

• Maintain accurate progress records and IEP documentation

• Collaborate with school teams, teachers, and families

• Provide services aligned with IEP goals and accommodations

Requirements:

• Illinois OT license through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
