Occupational Therapist (OT) – Prescott, AZ (NSY | Onsite | Elementary)
Location: Prescott, AZ (ZIP: 86301)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Dates: Full 2025–2026 School Year
Setting: Onsite | 2 Elementary School Sites

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support two elementary school campuses in Prescott, AZ for the upcoming school year. This role focuses on evaluating and supporting students with special needs to enhance their ability to participate in the educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students and contribute to the development of IEP goals

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans

• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals

• Maintain accurate records and submit Medicaid documentation

• Supervise COTAs as needed

• Travel between assigned school sites

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university

• Current Arizona OT license

• Pediatric/school-based experience preferred

• Must pass criminal background/fingerprint clearance
