Job Title: Occupational Therapist (K–12)

Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Contract
Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative team of educators and specialists in the Fresno area. This full-time, on-site position supports a K–12 student caseload, providing essential therapy services to help students succeed academically and functionally in the school environment.
This position offers competitive hourly pay, with weekly compensation as a W-2 employee.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students to identify fine motor, sensory processing, and functional challenges affecting their educational performance.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals and educational needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and/or group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to evaluations and progress reports, and document services per district and state guidelines.
Consult with school staff to recommend accommodations, modifications, or equipment to enhance student access and participation.
May serve multiple school sites within the district, as needed.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid California Occupational Therapy License.
NBCOT certification.
Experience working with children in school settings is preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
