Blazer Jobs is currently seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for a full-time, school-based travel assignment in Bel Air, Maryland, for the 2025–2026 academic year. This opportunity offers competitive weekly compensation, contract stability, and the chance to work in a collaborative, student-centered educational setting.

Position Overview:

• Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Employment Type: W2 Contract

• Contract Dates: August 2025 – June 2026

• Setting: 100% on-site (no virtual or hybrid placements)

• Caseload: Varies by school; collaborative support provided

• Compensation: Up to $2,100/week (varies by experience & placement)

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

• Active and valid Maryland OT license

• NBCOT certification

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong understanding of IEP implementation and individualized therapy services

Key Skills:

• Ability to collaborate with educators, service providers, and families

• Proficiency in supporting fine/gross motor development, sensory processing, and ADLs

• Strong skills in documentation, organization, and professional communication
