Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active California OT license
• Previous school-based OT experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptable, self-starter approach with the ability to collaborate across school staff
• Passion for facilitating student success across a range of elementary ages
• COTAs need not apply

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, treatments, and progress monitoring
• Address IEP goals and collaborate with special educators, teachers, and families
• Provide support to students across a single elementary school campus
• Maintain clear documentation in accordance with school policies
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
