Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a school district in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, contract position providing direct therapy and consultative services to students with a range of physical, sensory, and developmental challenges. Classroom experience is not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting occupational therapy assessments and evaluations

• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans

• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals

• Supporting IEP development and documentation

• Monitoring and reporting on student progress toward goals

Federal and Texas State Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Texas OT license through the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners

• Knowledge of IDEA and school-based OT practices

• Must pass state and federal background checks per Texas Education Agency

• Authorized to work in the United States
