We’re seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide coverage for a maternity leave at a Early Learning Center, supporting preschool-aged children (3–5 years old). This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, school-based setting while making a meaningful impact on young learners’ development.
Start: 2025-2026 School Year
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to students within the school-based Early Intervention Program.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' educational goals and individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide direct therapy services and consultative support to ensure students' access to the curriculum.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress reports, and IEP compliance.
Requirements:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
Experience working with children in a school-based or pediatric setting.
Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
Ability to work onsite, for the duration of the assignment.
CPR/BLS certification (preferred).
