School Occupational Therapist | Dubach, Louisiana

Step into a rewarding short-term opportunity as a virtual Occupational Therapist supporting a local school community. This flexible, part-time contract role involves working remotely to address a dynamic caseload, making a meaningful difference for students across various grade levels.

Youll begin as soon as possible, with the assignment expected to last one to two months. In this role, youll conduct re-evaluations for students, complete PreK assessments on Fridays, dedicate at least one day weekly to IEP participation, and oversee the work of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). The need for COTA supervision will continue after your contract period, offering the possibility of ongoing involvement at a flexible commitment.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Louisiana
• Experience working with school-aged children and collaborating on IEPs
• Strong skills in conducting evaluations and re-evaluations
• Ability to supervise a COTA remotely in a school-based environment
• Proficiency with virtual service delivery platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reevals for multiple grade levels
