School Based Occupational Therapy Job - Full Time

Location: Elgin, Illinois

Schedule: Full-time, school calendar

Pay: Starting at $49 per hour

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a local school district in Elgin, IL to hire a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide support for students requiring therapeutic services. This is an onsite, full-time position during the regular school year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s IEP

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district standards

Requirements – State of Illinois:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current Illinois OT license

• Valid PEL (Professional Educator License) with OT endorsement, or willingness to obtain

• Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
