School-Based Occupational Therapist – Where Learning Meets Movement
Location: On-Site | Grades K–8 | Full-Time
Start Date: August 2025

This isn’t your typical school OT position. You’ll be part of a team that values whole-child development, hands-on solutions, and therapists as key contributors to academic success.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized OT services that support student independence, self-regulation, and access to learning

• Collaborate daily with teachers, special educators, and families to integrate OT strategies into real classroom life

• Write and implement IEP goals that are clear, meaningful, and functional

• Provide screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring

• Design practical tools and sensory supports that actually work in a school setting

Who You Are:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state

• Experienced or eager to work in schools (pediatrics or SPED experience is a strong plus)

• An advocate for inclusion, accessibility, and student empowerment

• Comfortable working in classrooms, hallways, and sometimes even on the playground—wherever the need is

• Organized, communicative, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
