Occupational Therapist – Full-Time
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
Setting: Onsite

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) for a full-time position in the upcoming school year with school districts in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area. We are looking for compassionate, qualified professionals committed to enhancing student development and independence in a supportive, educational environment.
  
Details: 

• Location: Fayetteville, NC
• Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: K-12 caseload, conducting testing and evaluations. The district likes to discuss more details at the time of interview to see the best fit based on experience, including age group.

Applicants must meet the state and local requirements:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapy License issued by the NC Board of Occupational Therapy (NCBOT)
• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Must meet eligibility for employment in public schools (including fingerprinting/background clearance)
• Prior pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student development and academic access
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to the team
