Job Description:
Blazer Works is seeking a skilled and proactive Occupational Therapist to work with high school students during the 2025-2026 school year. This position focuses on helping students develop the functional skills necessary for academic success, daily living, and transition planning for life after graduation. You'll work closely with school staff, families, and students to provide targeted interventions that promote independence and readiness for post-secondary opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida

• Experience working with adolescents or in a high school setting preferred

Caseload:

• High school students (grades 9–12)
