Key Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Missouri Occupational Therapy license
• Experience in school-based OT practice preferred
• Familiarity with diverse caseloads spanning elementary, middle, and high school age groups
• Strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Comfortable managing documentation and adhering to school district protocols
• Completion of district-required fingerprinting and submission of TCN confirmation
• Willingness to complete and sign district-required technology agreements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students at Barrington Elementary, North Middle School, and West High School
• Assess and develop treatment plans to address students sensory, fine motor, and adaptive needs within each school setting
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support personnel to implement effective OT interventions
• Maintain thorough and timely student records, progress notes, and required district compliance documentation
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for faculty and staff regarding students needs and best practices in school-based therapy
• Provide support for IEP meetings and goal development as required
