School-Based Occupational Therapist

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based role in Gardner, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OT looking to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive educational environment.

Role Highlights:

• Location: Gardner, KS

• Schedule: Full-time during school hours (Monday – Friday)

• Setting: Public school district

• Duration: Entire 2025-2026 school year

Job Functions:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations

• Provide direct therapy and consultation

• Collaborate with IEP teams and provide documentation

• Serve students in various grade levels (K–12)

• Promote functional independence for students in academic environments

Licensure & Certification Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy

• Kansas OT license through the Kansas Board of Healing Arts

• Certified by the NBCOT

• At least 1 year of relevant school or pediatric experience
