Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and therapeutic intervention
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt activities and strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Familiarity with relevant school documentation and compliance standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students strengths and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote student independence
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to ensure integrated support
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
• Encourage student participation in classroom and school activities
• Deliver both direct and consultative services as needed
