Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapists for a part-time, school-based position in the Greencastle, Indiana area. This role will support students from Pre-K through 12th grade during the upcoming school year, with opportunities for renewal based on performance.

Position Overview:

As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions to help students develop or improve skills necessary for success in their educational environment. This is an impactful opportunity to support a wide age range of students with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ occupational therapy needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with IEP teams

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across grade levels (Pre-K–12)

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications and Requirements:

Applicants must meet all local and state certification and licensure requirements, including:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current Indiana state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification

• Successful completion of background check and fingerprinting as required by Indiana public school districts

• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
