Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Texas OT license
- Experience with school-based services preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Performing evaluations and writing treatment plans based on student needs
- Providing direct therapy services for students across grade levels
- Supporting development in fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and daily living tasks
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with school staff
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress tracking
