Occupational Therapist School Setting in Liberty, MO

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support elementary students across three buildings. In this onsite role, youll play a vital part in helping young learners develop the skills they need to thrive academically and socially. The assignment runs from January 11, 2027, to April 13, 2027, and offers a consistent full-time schedule.

Working with a diverse caseload, youll provide direct services to groups of students each day, with dedicated time for assessments and paperwork on Fridays. This structure allows you to focus on high-quality, individualized support in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel between multiple school buildings within the same district
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students across three locations
• Provide direct student support for scheduled caseloads Monday through Thursday
• Utilize Fridays for testing, progress documentation, planning, and paperwork
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize student progress
• Develop creative, individualized interventions to support diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
