Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time | New Hope, MN (Onsite)

A school district in New Hope, MN is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an onsite position with a focus on elementary schools, and caseloads will be finalized in collaboration with the OT team prior to the school year.

Position Overview:

• Location: New Hope, MN

• Start Date: September 2, 2025

• End Date: June 3, 2026

• Schedule: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

• Setting: Onsite

• Caseload: Primarily elementary schools; final assignments determined collaboratively before school begins

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in educational settings

• Participate in evaluations, develop treatment goals, and contribute to IEPs

• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families

• Support fine motor, sensory integration, and functional life skills in school environments

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

• Comfortable working with elementary-aged students
