School Occupational Therapist | Montague, California

An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Occupational Therapist seeking a rewarding contract role within a supportive school environment. This full-time, onsite position focuses on serving K-12 students and offers the chance to make a lasting impact on young learners' development and educational success.

In this role, you will assess and treat students with a wide range of needs, collaborating closely with educators and families to support individualized education plans throughout the school year. The contract extends through June 11, 2027, allowing you to build meaningful connections and see student progress over time.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy services within a school setting strongly preferred
• Skillful in evaluating and treating K-12 students with diverse needs
• Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to document goals and progress
• Effective communicator and collaborator with colleagues, students, and families
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions for students onsite
• Conduct assessments to determine students needs and establish service plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Consult with educators and parents to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and required documentation
