Qualifications & Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 9 students, delivering direct and consultative OT services.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and measure progress toward IEP goals.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create the most supportive learning environment possible.
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff regarding interventions and progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate records and documentation as required by district and state standards.
• Provide professional input during IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing multidisciplinary planning.
