Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) FMLA Leave Coverage | Naperville, Illinois

Blazer Jobs is seeking a professional Occupational Therapist (OT) to cover a full-time FMLA leave assignment within Naperville, IL schools. This role requires onsite presence at three schools, supporting students with occupational therapy needs from mid-October to mid-December 2025.

Key Information:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• FMLA leave position (10/13/2025 – 12/19/2025)

• Service across three different Naperville schools

Requirements:

• Illinois OT license is mandatory

• Experience working in school settings essential

• Strong organizational and communication skills
