.We are actively seeking a passionate and skilled School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic school team in New Orleans, LA for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, onsite position supports a K–12 caseload, providing essential services that help students achieve independence and academic success.

Position Details:

  • Location: New Orleans, LA

  • Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

  • Setting: K–12 School Environment

  • School Year: 2025–2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and reports

  • Provide training and resources to school personnel and parents when needed

  • Support student participation in classroom activities and daily routines

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • Active Louisiana OT license

  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an inclusive school setting
