Qualifications:
Active or pending Connecticut OT license
Previous experience with pediatric or school-based therapy is preferred
Familiarity with IEP planning, assistive technologies, and classroom modifications is a plus
Must meet Connecticut state and school district employment requirements
Position Details:
Locations: K–12 public schools across Connecticut
Schedule: Full-time and part-time openings available
Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 school year
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with guaranteed weekly pay
Renewal: High potential for contract extension based on performance and district needs

Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll assess student needs, develop and implement individualized OT plans, and provide hands-on support to help students succeed in school environments. Collaboration with teachers, staff, and families is key to ensuring comprehensive student support.
