Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for a full-time, onsite position with school districts in the Palatka, FL area.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Florida Occupational Therapy license

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Must be registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

• Must meet all state and district requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting

• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to determine student needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies

• Provide direct therapy services to support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities for academic success

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
