Blazer Jobs is hiring a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to support students in Palatka, FL. This full-time position covers a caseload of approximately 45 students in a school setting.

Duties Include:

  • Deliver OT services aligned with student IEPs

  • Maintain documentation and progress monitoring

  • Work closely with school staff and families

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Florida OT License (Board of Occupational Therapy Practice)

  • NBCOT certification

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in school-based or pediatric therapy
