School Occupational Therapist | Parma, Michigan

The position is based near Parma, MI, serving a supportive educational environment for the 2026-2027 school year.

What youll bring:

• Current, active Michigan OT license (please submit verification screenshot or copy)
• Experience supporting students within school-based OT settings
• Comfortable working either on-site or virtually as needed (client preference is on-site, but VOCO is accepted)
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and staff
• Adaptable, resourceful mindset with a dedication to student progress
• Ready to begin November 5, 2026, and commit through February 15, 2027

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and school/district guidelines
• Assess, develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers and other multidisciplinary team members
• Monitor, track, and report student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed and provide educational support materials
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices
• Manage caseload efficiently across a 37.5-hour workweek
