Blazer Jobs is now hiring licensed Occupational Therapists to work with students in public school districts across Colorado for the 2025–2026 academic year. In this impactful, school-based role, you’ll help students develop the motor, sensory, and adaptive skills needed to succeed in their educational and everyday lives.

Colorado OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Experience with pediatric populations or in educational settings preferred
Familiarity with school-based assessments, IEP development, and therapy documentation
Compliance with Colorado Department of Education and district employment requirements
Locations: K–12 schools throughout Colorado
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities
Employment Type: W-2 contract for 2025–2026
Pay: Competitive hourly compensation with weekly direct deposit
Contract Extension: Strong potential based on performance and district demand

Support with continuing education and licensure renewals
Ongoing mentorship and recruiter assistance throughout the assignment
Conduct OT assessments and create individualized student treatment plans
Deliver direct and indirect services across various school environments
Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families
Contribute to IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reporting
Help students build confidence, independence, and success in their routines
