Blazer Jobs is now hiring licensed Occupational Therapists to work with students in public school districts across Colorado for the 2025–2026 academic year. Requirements:

  • Colorado OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • Experience with pediatric populations or in educational settings preferred

  • Familiarity with school-based assessments, IEP development, and therapy documentation

  • Compliance with Colorado Department of Education and district employment requirements


Position Details:

  • Locations: K–12 schools throughout Colorado

  • Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities

  • Employment Type: W-2 contract for 2025–2026

  • Pay: Competitive hourly compensation with weekly direct deposit

  • Contract Extension: Strong potential based on performance and district demand

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct OT assessments and create individualized student treatment plans

  • Contribute to IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reporting

  • Help students build confidence, independence, and success in their routines
