• Assessing and treating students with physical, cognitive, and sensory challenges affecting school participation
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to craft individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Conducting evaluations, leading therapy sessions, and maintaining timely and detailed documentation of student progress
• Delivering valuable training and support to educators and staff, empowering them to better assist students with disabilities in classroom environments

Key qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapist license, with all necessary state certifications
• Previous experience working within a school environment
• Ability to foster positive relationships and communicate well with students, families, and educational teams
