Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) Phoenix, AZ Area

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for a full-time position with partner school districts in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting students’ growth, independence, and success in the classroom through school-based therapy services.

Position Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Arizona state and local requirements, including:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License issued by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate)

• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Typical Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in school settings

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student access and participation

• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and service delivery

• Recommend adaptive tools, strategies, and modifications to support student engagement

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning teams
