Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Details:

• Full time 
• 37.5 hrs/wk 
• 08/04/25 - 05/20/26
• Multiple needs
• Monitors each student’s response to their specific intervention plan and modifies the plan as needed
• Conduct evaluations to determine students' functional abilities related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school participation
• Maintains records required by all relevant regulatory agencies and the school system
• Additional details discussed in the interview

• Must have an active OT state license  
• School or pediatric experience preferred
• Must have a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
