Make a meaningful difference in student lives by utilizing your expertise as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic school-based environment. This is a contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 academic year, working full-time with an elementary caseload of 32 students. You'll work in-person, supporting students and collaborating with dedicated professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Your background should include:

  • State of Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification.
  • Current Washington OT license.
  • Fingerprinting through OSPI required.
  • Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric caseloads strongly encouraged.
  • Ability to thrive in an elementary school environment, adapting to student needs across a range of abilities.
  • Commitment to providing engaging, evidence-based interventions and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct and consultative occupational therapy services aligned with students IEPs.
  • Conducting assessments and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Participating in IEP meetings and progress reviews, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with educators and families to ensure continuity of care and support.
  • Developing tailored interventions to enhance students access to curriculum and independence in school routines.

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity, Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027.
