Job Requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Must meet all Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education requirements, including background checks and certification

• Experience working in school-based settings preferred, especially with K–5 students in general education and ASD programs

Job Duties:

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary students (K–5) in both general education and separate ASD programs

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Assist students with sensory processing, fine motor skills, and daily living activities

• Support inclusion by adapting activities and environments to meet diverse student needs

• Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state regulations
