Looking for an engaging opportunity as a school-based Occupational Therapist? This full-time, onsite contract position is perfect for an experienced OT who is passionate about supporting K-12 students growth and development. Located near Quincy, MA, the assignment runs October 26, 2026, through mid-Spring 2027 (March or April), working four days per week and totaling 32 hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (MA).
  • Prior school-based OT experience is required.
  • Ability to manage a K-12 student caseload and deliver a range of OT services.
  • Must be prepared to request licensure upfront with application.
  • Willingness to complete a CORI search and fingerprinting.
  • Comfortable participating in a virtual interview process (Zoom).
  • Ready to provide evaluations, create progress reports, and deliver direct therapy services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and reassessments as needed.
  • Develop and implement targeted, individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions and monitor student progress throughout the academic year.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports in compliance with district timelines.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to best support student needs.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and insights regarding student care.
  • Maintain organized and confidential documentation for each student.
